12:00 – 1:00 PM Arrival in Garáb at the Gesztenyés Guesthouse
1:00 – 2:00 PM Getting to know Garáb
 • Short film screening about the village
 • Program introduction
2:30 PM – Opening circle – introductions
3:30 PM – Visit to the Buddhist garden
6:00 PM – SAMSARA – Large singing bowl meditation
 Facilitated by: Kálmán Éva, sound therapist, women’s yoga instructor

7:30 PM – Dinner individually

8:00 – 9:30 AM – Buffet breakfast at Ambrus Apát Inn
10:00 AM – SHAMBHALA – Gong and shaman drum sound journey
 Facilitated by: Kálmán Éva and Szalai Krisztián
12:00 PM – Lunch individually at the Ambrus Apát Inn.
1:30 PM – Departure to the “Palm of God” lookout in Felsőtold.
