Shipping costs for products:
The current shipping cost for the product is displayed in the online store during the checkout process.
We recommend that you provide a delivery address where our courier can definitely find you or your representative between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. This can be your home address, workplace, or any other planned location.
If you choose cash on delivery, please ensure that if someone else is receiving the package on your behalf, they have the necessary funds to pay for it. When placing your order, you can provide delivery details in the comments section (e.g., doorbell, reception, representative, etc.).
If you encounter any problems with delivery, please call the courier service customer service number, where you can obtain accurate information using the tracking code provided in the confirmation letter.
Ordering process:

You will receive confirmation of your order and the invoice by email. You can pay online by credit card or bank transfer; cash on delivery is not currently available.

Payment process:
Please transfer the amount to the specified account number (OTP Bank – 11705008-22568548) and do not forget to enter the order number in the message field. This will allow us to identify what you have paid for. The order will be processed after the amount has been received.
